23 June 2015 From the section Glasgow & West Scotland Brian Cogan died following the incident which happened on Friday A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 43-year-old man in South Lanarkshire. Brian Cogan, from Wishaw, died in Margaret Gardens in Hamilton after a disturbance in a cul-de-sac. The incident happened at about 19:20 on Friday.
